  Had a problem with my renault trafic van. They misdiagnosed the problem...ordered the part, and when they tested it out, the problem was still there. Then they found another part and fitted it in, and the problem was fixed. I was still made to pay for the first part and the labour to fit it in (when they misdiagnosed the problem)
  
  Won't be going back there.
